Turning Vision into Action

At One Life Epi Solutions, we measure success by the strength of communities, the clarity of response systems, and the spark of curiosity we ignite in future health leaders. Since 2022, our collaborations with public health agencies, educational institutions, and environmental organizations have delivered measurable improvements in public health operations and inspired a new generation of One Health champions. We excel in four areas:

  • Public health operations consulting

  • Done for data

  • Youth education

  • Professional training

“I loved how the video was clear and the resources which are well contented.”
Aloyce Urassa, Co-Founder of Amplify Health and Development in Africa (ADHA), Chairperson of Youth Advisory Council, African Leaders Malaria Alliance (ALMA)

This team is really great for 4 reasons!
– Their training content is digestible for those who do not have a statistics background.
– They are patient and often pause to ensure everyone is still on the same wave length.
– Their presentation slides are clear and concise, allowing us to see the transition from one step/skill to the next—we can then see the micro and macro view of using R and its application in real-world case studies.
– They genuinely care and want to ensure you are able to grasp the content.
Highly recommend! Do not sleep on this team!

Ginger and Jennifer were a delight to work with. I highly recommend them for research consulting and training! I'm so glad to have met both of them.

I always love working with Ginger. She is so knowledgeable about all things data and great at putting together visualizations that really showcase the information you want. She is continuously updating her skillset to reflect new analytic tools and trends, so she is always at the forefront of epidemiological methods. In addition, she is very personable and responsive, which is another reason I appreciate her. Extremely intelligent and data-savvy.

Case Studies in Integrated Public Health Solutions

1. Public Health Operations: A Full Set of Epidemiology Policies and Procedures for Local Public Health

Cochise County Health and Social Services had experienced challenges with Epidemiologist turnover and updating policies and procedures to meet accreditation standards. Dr. Dixon developed a full set of 32 policies and procedures for the Cochise County Health and Social Services Epidemiology division that met operational and Public Health Accreditation Board criteria. These policies and procedures were formatted in the Peabody style for clarity and were designed to ensure quality epidemiological monitoring response, equitable performance evaluation, and technical standardization.

2. Professional Education: Confident to Analyze Program Data In-House

The Rising Communities non-profit team implements equity-building programs in maternal child health, but weren’t comfortable with statistical analysis platforms beyond Excel. They needed to be able to assess their population’s baseline health needs and understand how their programs were helping, so the One Life Epi Solutions team trained them in R Studio Cloud, using a “theory-light”, conversational approach that was accessible for members on the team with various levels of statistical and programming expertise. They were able to using the training to quickly scale their comfort and confidence with R, and take their learning further with advanced analysis workshops.

3. Youth Education: One Health Kids in Action

Children often learn about ecosystems and health concepts in school, but don’t often get the chance to identify how different environmental, animal health, and human health factors can affect an ecosystem. At the 2025 Northwest YMCA Healthy Kids Day event, our booth engaged children to learn about what does and doesn’t belong in a healthy ecosystem with over 100 children (and their parents!).
